Fold blue cardstock in half so it measures 5 ½" x 4 ¼". Take the ruler and measure about ¾" from the fold in the center. Make 2 snips from the fold to the measurement. The snips should be about 1/8" apart.
Step 2
Open the card and stamp the flower stem so the top is in between the 2 snips you just made. Next pop out the snipped piece to make a 90 degree angle. We'll call this the "popout".
Step 3
Stamp the flower on the scratch piece of white cardstock. Cut out and attach to the popout with a glue dot. Tie a piece of hemp around the popout at the base of the flower.
Step 4
Stamp the tag stamp onto a scratch piece of white cardstock. Punch it out and then trim down. Punch out the mat from a scratch piece of pink cardstock. Mount the white on to the pink and punch a hole. Thread through the piece of grosgrain ribbon and tie a knot.
Step 5
Stamp "friend" on the front of the blue cardstock. Score the white cardstock at 1" on the long side. Stamp the canvas background on to the white cardstock. Adhere over the fold of the blue card. This will cover the spot where you cut the 2 snips.
Step 6
Attach the tag to the front of the card. You're done!
