Step 1 Adhere the 2 strips of paper to the bag. Place them tight together in the middle of the bag.
Step 2 Place sticky strip where the 2 strips of paper meet. Snip off the overhanging paper and sticky strip if necessary.
Step 3 Peel the red strip off the sticky strip to expose the sticky side. Apply silver shine glitter to the sticky strip.
Step 4 Tie a bow around one of the handles with the grosgrain ribbon.
Step 5 Ink stamp with the Rose Red ink. Stamp 4 images on the white scrap card stock. Punch out each image using the 1 ¼" circle punch.
Step 6 Adhere a dimensional to each end of the ribbon on both sides. You will apply 4 dimensionals. Place each dimensional in the center of the circles you punched out. You will have a sort of dimensional "sandwich".
Step 7 Stamp the tissue paper with the Rose Red ink. You only need to stamp the 4 corners.
