8 ½" x 5" So Saffron Cardstock
scrap Regal Rose cardstock
scrap Whisper White cardstock at least 3 1/2" wide

Step 1
Place the So Saffron cardstock in the paper cutter so the long edge is East/West. Score at 3" and 6 1/16".
Step 2
Ink the Petals wheel with So Saffron. Wheel across the So Saffron cardstock.
Step 3
The So Saffron cardstock will have 3 panels. On the larger outside panel, punch a slit on each side. Be sure to push the punch all the way in as far as it will go.
Step 4
Insert Whisper White cardstock strip into paper cutter. Score at the center at 1 3/4".
Step 5
Fold cardstock in half along the score line.
Step 6
Turn the small tag punch over so the underside is facing up. Insert the folded Whisper White cardstock inside punch. Line up the folded edge of the cardstock just below the top edge of the tag. Punch out tag. You will be punching through 2 layers of cardstock, but make sure the folded edge is still intact.
Step 7
This is what your tag should look like once punched out and opened up.
Step 8
Use Tempting Turquoise and Certainly Celery markers to ink the flower stamp. Stamp onto the tag.
Step 9
Ink "Happy Birthday" stamp with Regal Rose and stamp on the tag.
Step 10
Punch a large tag from the Regal Rose cardstock.
Step 11
Mount small tag onto the big tag.
Step 12
Place paper in paper cutter so the long side is facing East/West. Score paper at 1 3/4" and 5".
Step 13
Fold paper at the score lines and glue ends together to make a belly band.
Step 14
Adhere tag to the belly band. Fold So saffron cardstock into 3rds and slip on belly band.
